My own 2 baht (cents):

Siam Paragon:  The sticks are very close to each other, it feels kind of weird sitting so close to your opponent.  I was having tough time over there with angles and buttons that leads to jumping or just standing there doing nothing.

MBK (7th floor next to the Karaoke):  the sticks are spaced further apart, but the AC is blowing right on you which makes it uncomfortable.

Overall, MBK > Siam Paragon.

Well, well, in Silom. Actually you're quite close to the shopping district. I would recommend Siam Paragon and MBK center to you. You can easily reach those areas by sky train BTS.

Siam Paragon is at Siam station and MBK at National stadium station...

I would recommend Siam Paragon because the sticks are better and many players go there. (a lot on weekend)
